Topmac Holdings PLC t/a AURUMEX signs Letter of Intent for JV operating agreement in Mexico
London, UK, 03.03.2011 Topmac Holdings PLC t/a Aurumex (trading on The Frankfurt Exchange WKN: A1CX2W Symbol: LP7) announce today that it intends to file a prospectus with the German Securities and Investment Commission (Bafin). Subject to final regulatory approval, including the approval of the German Stock Exchange, the Company will meet the new requirements of the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Börse AG as announced and mandated on 14.02.2011 for listing and trading for the Regulated Unofficial Market on the Frankfurt Exchange.
Further the company has signed a letter of intent for a 50/50 Joint venture operating agreement on three new concessions in Jalisco Mexico. A preliminary inspection of the concessions by Topmac mining engineer concluded that the properties require further exploration. Bulk grab samples taken on the initial visit to the Fenix property have been assayed at 6.70 g/t Au and 1878 g/t Ag. Based on his initial valuation the mine engineer Mr. Markus Chapman has recommended an exploration plan, to establish the feasibility of an open pit mining operation on the Fenix concession, as well as instrumenting a Excavation and Trommel testing procedures on the Las Juntas and Santana concessions. Test holes will be dug with excavator to bedrock on the placer, simultaneously we will run material from the dumps through a free gold Trommel giving us an exact Au value per/ton.
