A Unique Way for Europeans to Combine Exclusive Florida Vacations With Exceptional Real Estate Investment Opportunities
(firmenpresse) - TAMPA, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 08/01/13 -- was launched in Europe with two objectives: to provide its members with turnkey Florida vacation experiences and to enable its members to take advantage of the exceptional growth opportunities provided by the Florida real estate market.
The Club, incorporated in Florida, provides members with the advantages of a US dollar investment. Club membership will be limited to a maximum of thirty qualified investors. Members will assessed a one-time fee of USD $175,000 to join the Club.
Members and their families or friends will be entitled to an annual rent free three week vacation at either a luxury Miami Beach apartment or a Palm Beach or Tampa area house in an exclusive gated community. They will be given a premium car for their use throughout their stay and two complimentary airline tickets from anywhere in Europe. A Club concierge will be available to take care of all travel arrangements and vacation activities.
It is possible to join Florida Investors Club either corporately or personally. In company membership, corporate members can allocate vacation benefits among their employees or customers any way they like.
The Club maintains relationships with an extensive network of real estate professionals throughout Florida. The Club will employ this network to invest its assets in a variety of properties at different price levels in different areas of Florida in order to maximize opportunity and maintain a prudent level of diversification. The Club will focus on properties that have both the potential for substantial appreciation and profitable current income.
The Club was founded by Dominik Dymecki - Polish expert on US real estate. Dymecki believes that Florida real estate is a very timely opportunity.
