True Gold Grants Options to New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/01/13 -- True Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company") has granted incentive stock options to a newly appointed director of True Gold. The options are exercisable to purchase up to 300,000 common shares in the capital of the Company until August 1, 2018, at an exercise price of $0.30 per share, being the closing market price of the Company's shares as traded on the TSX Venture Exchange on July 31, 2013. The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with True Gold's Stock Option Plan and are subject to vesting provisions.
