Gold Royalties Corporation Closes Newfoundland Royalty Acquisition
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/02/13 -- Gold Royalties Corporation (TSX VENTURE: GRO) ("Gold Royalties" or "the Company")) is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of the 1% royalty on the Iron Horse Project (the "Transaction") with Metals Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: MEK) ("Metals Creek"), as previously announced by press release on July 30, 2013. The Iron Horse royalty becomes the 13th royalty interest held by Gold Royalties in Canada and is the Company's first royalty covering a project in Newfoundland.
