(PINKSHEETS: GRCV) (the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an exclusive, binding letter of intent with TomCat Films LLC ("TomCat"). TomCat produces, acquires, licenses and distributes independent films on a worldwide basis. TomCat specializes in feature-length genre films in the same vein as films produced by companies like Troma and The Asylum and by the legendary Roger Corman.
