Luxembourg, August 7, 2013 - GAGFAH S.A. will release the Company's
financial results for the first six months of 2013 on August 14, 2013,
before the Frankfurt Stock Exchange opens. The management will host an
earnings call on the same day at 11:00 A.M. Luxembourg time (10:00 A.M.
