Prime Office REIT-AG concludes lease for emporia in Stuttgart-Moehringen
- Long-term lease for more than 11,000 square metres signed
- Occupancy rate in the 'emporia' increases to about 85 percent
Munich, 7 August 2013. Prime Office REIT-AG ('Prime Office'), a leading
listed property company with REIT status focused on investments and
management of prime office properties in Germany, signed a lease with
Daimler AG, Stuttgart, for a total of 11,315 square metres of attractive
office and storage space and 220 passenger vehicle parking spaces in the
office compound 'emporia' in Stuttgart-Moehringen.

a new tenant for the 'emporia'. This lease is testament for our ability to
rent out our high-quality office properties in good locations to attractive
and high credit-quality tenants even if rental markets are as subdued as
currently in Stuttgart', says Alexander von Cramm, CEO of Prime Office
REIT-AG.
Situated in a prominent business location in Stuttgart's district
Moehringen, the 'emporia' compound consists of several articulated
buildings and an underground parking garage that combine into a unique
office ensemble. The property has a total rental space of 25,284 square
metres and about 390 passenger vehicle parking spaces.
The new lease increases occupancy rate in the 'emporia' to about 85 percent
and with regard to the rent to about 90 percent. Other tenants in the
'emporia' are Cenit AG and Hochtief Solutions.
