("Mill City" and/or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE: MC)(OTCBB: MCYGF)(FRANKFURT: NJ6) has cancelled the private placement originally announced in a news release on June 13, 2013 and amended in a news release on July 5, 2013. The Company has been unable to complete the private placement due to current market conditions.
