SDRL - Seadrill announces second quarter 2013 earnings release date and conference call information

Hamilton, Bermuda, August 7, 2013 - Seadrill Limited is scheduled to release
its second quarter 2013 results on Wednesday August 28, 2013.
In connection with the earnings release, a conference call/webcast will be held
as described below.
A conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST / 4:00 p.m. GMT on Wednesday
August 28, 2013.
Management will in the same conference call address highlights in North Atlantic
Drilling Ltd's second quarter 2013 results.
