Berlin, Germany, August 7, 2013 - MagForce AG (Frankfurt, Entry Standard, XETRA:
MF6), a leading medical device company in the field of nanomedicine focused on
oncology, held its annual general meeting yesterday, August 6, 2013, in Berlin.
The annual general meeting approved all of the items on the agenda with a clear
majority and granted discharge to the Executive and Supervisory Boards for the
2012 fiscal year. The Executive Board members Prof. Dr. Hoda Tawfik and
Christian von Volkmann provided a status update regarding current operational
developments, an overview of the 2012 fiscal year and the outlook for the
current year. The Executive and Supervisory Boards were pleased with the outcome
of the resolutions.
