Centurion Closes First Tranche of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/07/13 -- Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") announces that it has closed a first tranche of a non-brokered private placement, in the amount of 1,566,429 Units priced at $0.07. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable for one common share at $0.10 for a period of eighteen months and will be subject to a four month hold period expiring in December 2013. Finders' fees of $840 and 8000 broker warrants exercisable for common shares at $0.10 for a period of eighteen months have been paid. The Company intends to close one or more additional tranches to complete its previously announced financing of up to 7,200,000 Units.
Proceeds from this financing shall be used to advance its Myanmar gold project strategy, current project exploration activities and general corporate purposes.
