Discovery Ventures Inc. Announces Investor Relations Contract
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/08/13 -- Discovery Ventures Inc. ("Discovery" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DVN) announces that it has signed a three month renewable contract with Bircress Corporate Relations Inc. ("Bircress") to provide investor relations and corporate communications services to the Company for a monthly fee of $3,000.00. The contract is dated effective August 2, 2013. The contract was negotiated at arm's length. Bircress is wholly owned by Ron Birch and prior to signing the contract, neither Bircress nor Mr. Birch owned any securities in the Company. Pursuant to the terms of the contract, Discovery hereby grants 500,000 share purchase options to Bircress pursuant to its stock option plan, which options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share.
Bircress is based out of Vernon, B.C. and has been engaged in communications, media, and shareholder relations for a number of junior exploration companies and emerging technology companies for over 20 years.
