QR Energy will present at EnerCom's 2013 Oil & Gas Conference located in Denver, CO on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 5:25 pm central time. An audio webcast of the presentation will be available at or by visiting QR Energy's website at .
QR Energy will participate at the 2013 Citi One-on-One MLP Conference in Las Vegas, NV on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. This conference will not be webcast.
