RIB AG (RSTA) signs the Second Phase I Deal with One of the Largest and
Fastest Growing Dynamic Construction Conglomerate in the Philippines
Stuttgart, 12 August 2013. RIB Software AG successfully closed an official
agreement with Megawide Construction Corporation on 06 August 2013. The
objectives of the strategy partnership are aligned with Megawide's goal to
their profitable growth and to be the Philippines' leading construction
conglomerate with the world leading RIB iTWO 5D end-to-end technology.
Megawide Construction Corporation is a publicly-listed construction firm
with sixteen years' engineering experience in industry, with around 2,000
people worldwide. Through the engineering excellence, Megawide has turned
into one of the country's leading construction firms and is well recognized
for its use of advanced construction methods and technology in Philippines.
Megawide is one of the main contractors of the SM Group, one of the largest
conglomerates owned by Henry Sy, the No. 1 billionaire in the Philippines.
