Canada Energy Partners Announces Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/12/13 -- Canada Energy Partners (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CE) is pleased to announce that it has closed the private placement, previously announced on July 24th, of 5 million shares of the Company's common stock at $0.10 per share for total net proceeds of $500,000. There were no brokerage fees associated with the private placement.
Under applicable Canadian securities laws, the shares issued in the private placement are subject to a four-month and one day hold period, expiring on December 10, 2013.
