Kazax Announces Change in Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Office
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/12/13 -- Kazax Minerals Inc. ("Kazax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: KZX) announces the resignation of Mr. Brian Egan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Egan will continue to serve the Company as an advisor. While the Company continues to interview candidates as successor to Mr. Egan, the Company's Chief Accountant, Ms. Nuriya Kamaledinova, will serve as Chief Financial Officer in a temporary capacity.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Egan for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Company further announces that it has changed its corporate office from Suite 1010 - 1130 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC, to Suite 730, Arman Business Center, 6 Saryarka Avenue, Astana, Kazakhstan, 010000 (Tel: +7 7172 99 05 49 / Fax: +7 7172 99 05 46).
