Nevada Sunrise Announces Appointment of Warren Stanyer as Interim CEO
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/13/13 -- Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation ("Nevada Sunrise" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NEV) announces that long time director Warren Stanyer has been appointed interim CEO and interim President of the Company and interim President of the Company's wholly owned Nevada subsidiary, Intor Resource Corp., effective immediately. Mr. Stanyer is a mineral exploration industry executive with over 16 years of experience in Canadian public company administration. Mr. Stanyer takes the place of Mr. William Henderson, who has been the Company's Chief Executive officer since its formation in 2007. Mr. Henderson will continue providing services to the Company in the near term.
