In this position, Mr. Shihab will lead new product design and development, manage technical support, and oversee ongoing product enhancement and specifications.

Mr. Shihab has 20+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, having previously worked at Daikin McQuay as Senior Manager of Product Applications & Customer Service in the Chillers Divisions in Staunton, VA, where he managed the Chiller Applications Engineering and Customer Service departments, as well as Carrier Transicold in Athens, GA.
