Mr Markku Honkasalo, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the
Rautaruukki Corporate Executive Board, will leave the Company to take up a
position outside Ruukki. Mr Mikko Hietanen, EVP, Business Development, will be
the acting Chief Financial Officer until a new CFO has been appointed.
