Logistics Day 2011 - for dbh window for intelligent solutions in the most exciting business field worldwide
(PresseBox) - Logistics is a growing market. It currently employs 2.7 million people in Germany alone. Many people consider logistics to be one of the trailblazers of globalization, and not without good reason. At the nationwide Logistics Day on 14th April 2011 logistics experts and related com-panies will offer visitors an insight into the research projects, solutions and operating procedures involving companies from the business sector.
dbh is represented at two locations. They have an exhibition stand at BIBA (Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik), where they will demonstrate some very sophisti-cated logistics solutions, from customs software and compliance programs, via SAP PlugIns right through to their latest development - an efficient rates management tool which recently won the IT 2011 Innovation Prize awarded by the Initiative Mittelstand.

In Oldenburg, dbh will give the keynote address entitled "Intelligent Mobile Telematics and Process Control". The talk will be given by Stefan Engels, a member of the board at dbh Logistics IT AG, Bremen. Examples of current best practices in IT innovations for logistics will be shown at Ol-denburg Chamber of Commerce under the general heading "IT Innovations for the Logistics Sector".
