(TSX VENTURE: MMT) ("Mart" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 8,575,000 stock options, of which 6,250,000 options were granted to directors or officers of Mart. Each option represents the right to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $1.47 per common share for a period of five years.
