4x4 Offroad & Used Parts Welcomes Returning Mechanic
(firmenpresse) - FORT COLLINS, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/21/13 -- 4x4 Offroad & Used Parts proudly announces the hiring of an ASE certified master technician, Danny Dockins. He has been consistently providing and repair in the Fort Collins area for many years.
Dockins was first hired as a mechanic in 1995. At that time, the business was called Fort Collins 4x4, and he worked there until 2000. When the business was sold that year, he continued as a technician under the new owners until June 2006. He was then promoted to service manager until 2013.
In July, Dockins returned to & Used Parts as a master technician. Besides being an ASE certified master technician, he is also A/C certified. This certification means that he has taken classes and passed tests based on the EPA-required standards for handling refrigerant mechanisms.
The company where Dockins works is composed of two parts, a store and a mechanics' shop. The first part sells used auto parts and after-market accessories, while the second half consists of a full-service auto repair center.
"We are happy to have him back," states Justin Schleppy, co-owner and general manager of 4x4 Offroad, while speaking about re-hiring Dockins. "Danny is an amazing fabricator and his hands-on experience will be a valuable asset in our shop."
4x4 Offroad is a family-owned and operated business, focusing on care of all off-road vehicles, maintenance, and traveling in rural areas. They specialize in Jeep repairs, and can perform any vehicle tasks from oil changes to custom auto modifications. The company has nearly 30 years of experience in providing heavy duty, off-road service and parts.
With nearly twenty years of experience behind him, Dockins is well-qualified to maintain and repair a wide variety of vehicles. He joins half a dozen other mechanics and employees, many of whom are familiar faces, at 4x4 Offroad & Used Parts.
