First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.04 per Share
(firmenpresse) - ITASCA, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 08/21/13 -- First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company" or "First Midwest") (NASDAQ: FMBI), the holding company for First Midwest Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.04 per share. This quarterly cash dividend will be payable on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 to common stockholders of record on Friday, September 27, 2013 and will represent the 123rd consecutive dividend paid by the Company since its inception in 1983.
