PANAMA, REPUBLIC OF PANAMA--(Marketwired - August 23, 2013) - Thunderbird
Resorts Inc. ("Thunderbird" or "Group") (FRANKFURT:4TR)(EURONEXT:TBIRD)
announces that the Group's Half-year Report 2013 has been filed with the
Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext ("Euronext Amsterdam") and the Netherlands
Authority for Financial Markets ("AFM") on August 23, 2012 as well as on SEDAR
in Canada.
