Opal Energy Appoints New Corporate Secretary

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/26/13 -- Opal Energy Corp. ("Opal" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: OPA.H) announces that it has appointed Leah Martin Corporate Secretary of the Company to succeed Karalee Bohmer. Ms. Martin has over nine years of experience as a Legal Assistant specializing in corporate compliance and administration of public companies. Ms. Martin also acts as Corporate Secretary for several other publicly listed companies.

Ms. Bohmer is taking a leave of absence to spend more time with her family. The Directors would like to thank Ms. Bohmer for her contribution and wish her the best in her new endeavours.
