On August 19, 2013, Willkie Farr&Gallagher LLP, Frankfurt, entered into
an official cooperation with the renowned Business School INSEAD for their
MBA program.
INSEAD is among the largest and most prestigious business schools in the
world with its main campuses in Fontainebleau, France and Singapore. INSEAD
offers in particular a one-year MBA program for qualified professionals.
Willkie is widely perceived in the market to not only provide high-quality
legal advise but also understand the clients' business and wants to further
build on this reputation.
Besides the existing cooperation with Berkeley Law for the Professional
LL.M. Program, Willkie now offers their lawyers the possibility to obtain
an MBA and is therefore the first law firm being an official 'Cooperator of
the INSEAD MBA program'.
The firm will coach current and future employees throughout the application
process and support them financially up to 50% of the tuition in case of
acceptance into the program, which remains at the sole discretion of
INSEAD.
The cooperation has been made possible in particular through the initiative
of our associate Dr. Jan Claudio Muñoz who successfully obtained the MBA at
INSEAD in 2013.
To our knowledge Willkie is the first law firm in Germany, to officially
support its associates in obtaining a full MBA.
