Frankfurt- Devonhill Technology Partners continues its efforts to bring to the international market a solution to the increasing number of bird air strikes on commercial and private aviation. Devonhill Technology Partners’ chief scientific officer Martin Lenhardt, Au.D., PhD states that “Today’s jets are quieter and faster and birds can't hear them as well as in the past. Devonhill has access to patented technology based on US Air Force funded research on audible microwaves and our patented dizzy beam variation. Sound travels as the speed of light enabling birds the opportunity to avoid a collision. Devonhill supplements this with ground based vibration deterrent and a robot for hanger elimination of roosting birds. In the USA, the FAA Inspector General is studying how federal, state and local governmental agencies can cooperate with airports, insurance carriers and airlines to mitigate strikes. Devonhill is positioned to supply solution based on the latest technology that will save both human and avian lives.”
