(firmenpresse) - ELMIRA, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 08/28/13 -- Elmira Savings Bank (NASDAQ: ESBK) is pleased to announce it will open a new, limited service, loan production office at 3439 Vestal Parkway E., Vestal, NY, on September 3, 2013.
