Solimar Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/28/13 -- Further to its July 22, 2013, new release, Solimar Energy Limited ("Solimar" or the "Company") (ASX: SGY)(TSX VENTURE: SXS) is pleased to announce that, subject to TSXV approval, it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000 via the issuance of Units (each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one warrant) at a price of $0.015 per Unit. Each warrant will allow the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.05 for the first 12 month period following closing and at a price of $0.10 for the second 12 month period following closing.
