Nemetschek AG appoints new member of the Executive Board
Munich, August 29, 2013 -Nemetschek AG (ISIN 0006452907) announced today
that Dr. Tobias Wagner (45) has been temporarily appointed member of the
executive board of Nemetschek AG. An experienced manager with many years of
entrepreneurial activity, Dr. Wagner contributes the expertise and
systematic competencies coupled with the industry knowledge necessary for
leadership of the company.
Dr. Wagner will operatively lead the strategic holding as executive board
member until the supervisory board names the new executive board team in
the fourth quarter 2013. His main tasks during this period will focus on
continuing work on numerous issues and projects which have not been
completed, and together with the new management team he will start the
realignment of the Allplan section of the Group.
Thereby he can count on a strong base of all brand companies of the
Nemetschek Group, which have so far provided with an excellent management
over many years a successful and solid development in operating results.
Dr. Tobias Wagner studied Business Administration at the WHU - Otto
Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz, Germany, as well as in France and
the USA. He has worked for the Deutsche Bank and Jenoptik, and others, in
Germany and internationally, excels with strong delivery capabilities and
leadership skills, and is very much respected by employees and customers.
