Mitch Simon is a Vice President at NYSE Euronext where he is responsible for Business Continuity Planning for NYSE Euronext in the United States. In October, 2010 he was appointed a global deputy for the purpose of rolling out strategic approaches to Business Continuity on a global basis. Mitch is CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Planner) and MBCI (Member Business Continuity Institute) certified. He has been with the stock exchange for over 24 years. Prior to managing Business Continuity, Mitch was in Regulatory Technology, where he oversaw development of integrated applications for Market Surveillance, Member Firm Regulation, and the Enforcement divisions of the NYSE.
AnneMarie Staley is the Managing Director for Global Business Continuity Management at NYSE Euronext, Inc. which includes the New York Stock Exchange and other global trading platforms and services worldwide. Ms. Staley has been with NYSE Euronext for 13 years, developing and implementing their Global Business Continuity Management program.
While Ms. Staley is primarily responsible for BCM in the United States, she is instrumental in setting global policy and strategy for the organization. Her global responsibilities include the development and implementation of BC core components at NYSE Euronext; Crisis Management, Contingency Planning, Risk Management strategies, and related BCP software and BCM metrics.
Ms. Staley is a Board Director of the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), and Chair of the DRI Foundation. She is a member of NYSE Euronext's Diversity Council and a committed volunteer. Ms. Staley enjoys volunteering her spare time with the DRI Foundation and with NY/NJ FIRST Robotics, an international organization designed to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders.
