Supports Plans to Launch Unique B2B & B2C Gamification Platform Nationwide

(OTCQB: FBTN) today announced that it has entered into a letter-of-intent to acquire all of the outstanding Units of Membership of Rivalfly National Network, an Illinois Limited Liability Company ("RNN"). RNN has more than 30 combined years of distribution of goods and services to over 50,000 retail locations Nationwide. RNN's distribution contracts provide FreeButton with national reach for its B2B & B2C gamification platform at a local level to businesses and consumers.

It brings more than 30 years of relationships with national operators serving local markets throughout the United States, enabling FreeButton to more efficiently and effectively penetrate the domestic market for our new gaming system platform. In addition to accelerating FreeButton's go-to-market strategy for its gamification platform, this national distribution will also provide access for Media Rhythm's marketing business to untapped media and advertising revenue potential.
