Conversion of Pohjola Bank Series K shares into Series A shares
A total of 33,188 Pohjola Bank Series K shares owned by the cooperative banks
have been converted into Series A shares. The conversions were entered in the
Trade Register on 2 September 2013.
The number of Series K shares fell from 67,608,617 to 67,575,429, and the number
of Series A shares listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki grew from 251,942,798 to
251,975,986. The conversions do not affect the total number of shares, which is
319,551,415. Following the conversion, the shares correspond to 589,853,131
votes.
Trading in the now converted Series A shares will commence on NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki on 3 September 2013.
