Ming Le Sports signs supplier agreement for international sales
Frankfurt, September 03, 2013 - Ming Le Sports AG, a rapidly growing
branded sportswear company in China, signed a first contract as supplier
with the two Chinese export companies Xiamen Baoxin Co. Ltd. and Jinjiang
Dongyu Trading Co. Ltd. The contract comprises the production of footwear
as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for established international
brands and has an estimated value of 50,0 million Renminbi (approx. 6,1
million Euros). According to the agreement, the Ming Le products will be
sold via the two trading houses to South America, Europe and Asia in the
period from October to December 2013. These sales are a first step of Ming
Le into the international markets.
'We're very happy about this promising new contract with the two trading
houses in our neighbourhood. This will represent our first significant
sales to international market. Our strategy is to - step by step -
establish an international reputation as a high quality manufacturer of
footwear', says Siliang Ding, CEO of Ming Le Sports.
Xiamen Baoxin and Jinjiang Dongyu are Chinese trading companies, which
import and export various types of shoes worldwide. Just as Ming Le, both
companies are located in the South Eastern province of Fujian. Fujian is
known as one of the largest production locations for sport shoes in China.
