Declan Announces $750,000 Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/03/13 -- Declan Resources Inc. ("Declan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LAN) announces a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 15,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share of the Company at $0.10 for one year from closing. Proceeds from the private placement will be used to further the Company's exploration projects and for general working capital. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
