Pekin Hospital conducts a four-hour downtime of its 125 servers each month to install windows updates, new software, perform maintenance and other tasks such as network wrap-outs. The healthcare facility has also experienced the occasional unplanned downtime of its servers during power outages. With NetSafe, Pekin Hospital can ensure that all clinicians across its facility have access to the most up-to-date patient information, particularly patient electronic medication administration records (eMARs).
