Although no longer a director of the Company, Mr. St Geme has agreed to provide ongoing consulting services to the Company respecting the Company's various corporate finance and business development activities in the United States. The Company thanks Mr. St Geme for his service as a director and looks forward to continuing to work with Mr. St Geme in connection with its business development initiatives in the United States.
