Bond placement of CHF 120 million
Compagnie Financière Tradition SA raised CHF 120 million on the swiss capital
market through the placement of a bond with a maturity of 3 years carrying a
coupon of 3.5%. This transaction is the first of this kind undertaken by the
Group and was achieved under the lead management of Zürcher Kantonalbank and
Credit Suisse.
This issuance will further strengthen the Group financial structure and improve
its liquidity reserves through retained committed bank facilities.
