Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation Announces Appointment of Anthony V. Bilotta, Jr. to Executive Vice President, Head of Retail Banking and Marketing
(firmenpresse) - BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 09/05/13 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC), parent company of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, announces the appointment of Anthony V. Bilotta, Jr., a resident of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, to the position of executive vice president, head of retail banking and marketing. Mr. Bilotta joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank from Oritani Bank where he was responsible for the retail banking and marketing functions for a 25 branch bank network. Prior to Oritani he filled a similar role at New York Community Bank, a 53 branch bank network in NJ. A graduate of Thomas Edison State College and the Bank Administration Institute at the University of Wisconsin, with over 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Bilotta will be responsible for increasing revenues for Peapack-Gladstone Bank through business development, relationship building and the creation of innovative marketing and sales programs.
Mr. Bilotta replaces Robert A. Buckley, former senior vice president branch administrator, who recently announced that effective January 2, 2014, he will retire after 12 years with Peapack-Gladstone Bank, and over 40 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Buckley, a dedicated and loyal employee, has had a long and distinguished banking career working in retail banking at Carteret Savings Bank, Summit Bank and UnitedTrust Bank, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. A past treasurer of Mane Stream (formerly Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center), a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with medical challenges through equine assisted activities, therapy and education, Mr. Buckley is retiring to pursue personal interests and spend quality time with his family.
