(CHW) is pleased to present their 12th annual World Alternative Investment Summit Canada (WAISC) conference (). Taking place at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Canada, September 9 to 11, 2013.
The event, which is expected to attract over 300 attendees and expert industry speakers, will also include two Capital Introduction/Product showcases and for the first time, a mining company showcase.
Some of the featured speakers this year include Derek Holt, VP Scotiabank Economics presenting his views on the economy and potential recovery; Craig Skauge, President and Founder, NEMA talks about the proposed adoption of the OM exemption and how it will change the landscape of the exempt market in Ontario.
There will be updates on the Canadian Exempt Market outlook by various experts as well as Thomas Caldwell, Founder and Chairman of Caldwell Securities will be giving his controversial talk, "Regulation Strangulation". WAISC ends on Wednesday with Mark Yamada, President and CEO, PUR Investing informative session, "The Art and Science of Managing Other People's Money".
In addition to education and fun social events, WAISC provides a forum for high quality networking and idea exchanges with financial professionals.
