Puma Exploration Names Dominique Gagne as VP of Exploration
(firmenpresse) - RIMOUSKI, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/09/13 -- Puma Exploration (TSX VENTURE: PUM) is pleased to announce Dominique Gagne, P.Geo as Vice-President of Exploration. Active in the mining sector since 2004, M. Gagne is graduate from Universtite du Quebec a Montreal in Earth Science (geology) and in GIS. He acted as Project Geologist for many exploration projects. M. Gagne is a member of the Ordre des Geologues du Quebec and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick.
Puma also announces that all resolutions were approved by shareholders of the Company at its August 29, 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This included the election of directors and appointment of auditors. The shareholders elected Marcel Robillard, Andre Proulx, Richard Thibault, Anne Slivitzky and Arness Cordick to the Board of Directors. The Officers of the Society, as appointed by the Board of Directors, are Marcel Robillard (President, CEO and Secretary) and Karl McLellan (CFO). The Board of Directors has reappointed Andre Proulx as Chairman of the Board.
