Nordic Mines AB: Basic report filed at the Oulu District Court for Nordic Mines Oy

The administrator in Finland yesterday filed a basic report to the Oulu District
Court before closing of the day. Work within the corporate reorganization plan
shall continue.
The administrator Hannu Ylönen, at Attorneys Krogerus Oy, yesterday filed a
basic report at the Oulu District Court. The basic report includes the financial
position of Nordic Mines Oy at the time of filing for corporate reorganization
the 8(th) July 2013.
The administrator shall give an assessment of the restructurability of the
company when the details of the prerequisites of a future profitable business
plan and possible need for extra financing are available. Work to establish
details for a long term business plan will continue, until an analysis whether
the company can resume full operations with profitability, can be completed.
The next Finnish court-appointed step is the 18(th) November 2013 when a
complete corporate reorganization plan shall be presented.
