Ricketts Harris LLP is pleased to announce that M. Christopher Diamond has joined the firm as a partner. Christopher's practice focuses on the defence of complex professional liability claims, directors' and officers' liability issues, related insurance matters, and products law. Christopher's products practice includes the defence of product liability claims on behalf of manufacturers, importers, and distributors, and related regulatory matters.
Christopher also has considerable experience litigating and mediating employment matters, and disputes arising out of complex commercial and real estate transactions, and other business disputes.
In addition to continuing his products and professional liability-focused practice, Christopher adds bench strength and complements many of the firm's core competencies, including its commercial litigation, real estate-related litigation, and directors' and officers' liability practices.
Christopher is a seasoned commercial litigator who joins Ricketts Harris after some 17 years with one of Canada's largest national law firms.
