Talon International Appoints Robert L. Golden to Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/11/13 -- Talon International, Inc. (OTCQB: TALN) today announced the appointment of Robert L. Golden as an independent director to the Company's Board of Directors, effective September 10, 2013.

Golden has broad financial and accounting experience. He is currently a Partner of Fenton & Ross, a Los Angeles based accountancy corporation, and since 2008 has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Promo Shop, Inc., a promotional merchandising and marketing services company that provides creative branded merchandise and custom premiums. Previously, Golden was a Principal of the accounting firm of Saffer and Flint LLP from 2004 to 2012, providing business consulting and tax services to its clients. Prior to that, Golden spent several years with national and regional accounting firms as a Certified Public Accountant, beginning with Ernst & Young in 1984.
Golden has a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, and has been a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
