Eagle Hill Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/11/13 -- Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (the "Company")(TSX VENTURE: EAG) announces that it has granted up to a total of 20,650,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options expire five years from the date of grant and 25% of the options will vest immediately upon grant with the remaining options to vest at a rate of 25% every six months for an 18 month period. The options will have an exercise price of $0.11 per share.
