Swedish Service Provider Adds Perimeta Session Border Controllers to Extend Provision of Voice Services
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 09/12/13 -- Today Swedish operator Net1 announced the deployment of Metaswitch Session Border Controllers to secure the delivery of enhanced VoIP services.
Net1 delivers mobile broadband, IP telephony and machine-to-machine solutions to government, business and residential subscribers. It plans to expand the geographic reach of its voice services soon, a move that will require more performance, reliability and protection from its session border controllers. That's where Perimeta comes in.
Perimeta is the most flexible SBC on the market today and it is the first session border controller architected for network functions virtualization (NFV).
