The Company wishes to advise that Kirk McKinnon has resigned as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective September 12, 2013.
Mr. McKinnon will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and will also provide ongoing consulting services to the Company.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Kirk for his hard work and dedication throughout his years with the business. Over this period, he has made a substantial contribution to the organization.
The Board intends to complete a review of its senior management structure and will provide an update with respect to this matter in the near future.
