Palo Duro Announces Changes to Management and Board
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/13 -- Palo Duro Energy Inc. ("Palo Duro" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PDE) announces Mr. Danny Lee has tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors (the "Board") resigning from the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company in order to pursue other professional interests. The Board thanks Mr. Lee for his years of services and wishes him well in his future endeavors. In the interim, the Board has appointed Mr. Kurt Bordian, President and CEO, as acting CFO of the Company effective immediately.
The Company also announces the resignation of Sarge Berner. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Berner for his contribution to the Company and success in his future endeavors.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Stibbs as Director of the Company. Mr. Stibbs is a special projects and compliance manager with private companies in industry. He has extensive project management, corporate finance, and operational experience in the consumer products, technology, mineral resource and energy sectors. Mr. Stibbs holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of British Columbia.
