Munich, September 16, 2013 - Mr. Alexander Gallert as the new Director
Capital Markets&Sales
The investment banking team of ACON Actienbank AG received personnel
support on September 1st, 2013. From now on, Mr. Alexander Gallert will
take up the function of Director of Capital Markets&Sales at ACON
Actienbank AG. Previously, he served as Director of Communications and
Press Officer at the Dusseldorf Stock Exchange. In addition to his duties
as Head of Communications, Mr. Gallert also accompanied the listing process
of share issuers and was significantly involved in the establishment of the
segment 'mittelstandsmarkt' at Dusseldorf Stock Exchange. Here he
particularly attended the due diligence process of the Dusseldorf Stock
Exchange as well as the project management of the respective bonds and
their marketing. The segment 'mittelstandsmarkt' is one of the most
successful stock market trading segments of this kind, in which, among
others, the bonds of Bastei Lübbe, Hallhuber, Seidensticker, Underberg,
Valensina und Zamek were issued. After a bank apprenticeship and the
graduation in Business Administration, Mr. Gallert began his career at the
Sparkasse Leverkusen. There he held several positions in the areas of
corporate customers support and communications. Thus Mr. Gallert can look
back on more than 15 years of experience in banking and capital markets.
