Farano has served as MetTel's in-house counsel since September 2010. As the company's chief in-house attorney, Farano will continue to advise MetTel's executive management team and will play a larger role in executing on the company's plans for sustained long-term growth.

He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as an associate in the capital markets group, where he advised clients on a variety of securities law and corporate governance matters. He is a member of the bar in both New York and New Jersey, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering.
